Directions

  1. Form beef into four 6oz patties and season with an equal amount of Senora Verde Taco Seasoning.
  2. Heat in pan on medium heat or on grill.
  3. Cook patties for 6 minutes, flip, then cook for 4 more minutes or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. Toast buns in pan or on grill for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Assemble your burger on a burger bun. Place a patty, top with salsa, guacamole sauce, cheese and J. Higgs Cornies. Enjoy!

Recipe Tips

  • Add pickled or regular jalapenos for a spicy kick.
  • Lettuce, Onion, and Tomato add a fresh component.
  • A squeeze of fresh lime over the patty gives it more of a Latin flavor.

  • 1 tbsp Guacamole Sauce
  • 4 ct Grissom's Hamburger Buns
  • As desired Coburn Farms Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • As desired J. Higgs Cornies, Original or Chili Cheese
  • 1 oz Senora Verde Taco Seasoning
  • To taste Marcum Salt & Pepper
