Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Thaw out shrimp and remove shells.
  3. Cut bacon in half strips and wrap shrimp.
  4. Once shrimp are wrapped, place on a skewer with red onion, red pepper, then repeat.
  5. Combine ingredients for the sauce, then glaze skewers and season with oregano, black pepper, and salt.
  6. Place bacon wrapped shrimp skewers on an oiled rack and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. After 10 minutes, glaze the skewers again and bake for 10 - 15 more minutes depending on how crispy you want the bacon.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy!

  • 16 shrimp Portside Shrimp 31/40 EZ Peel Raw
  • 1 pack Farmington Applewood Bacon
  • 1/4 cup Kurtz Original BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Kurtz Hot Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Bramley's Honey
  • 2 Red Onion, large dice
  • 2 Red Pepper, large dice
  • 1 tsp Marcum Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Marcum Black Pepper
  • to taste Marcum Salt
