Directions

  1. Chop up roast beef slices, celery, and green onions then set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, chopped roast beef, cracked black pepper, and pot roast seasoning mix.
  3. Garnish with chopped green onion and enjoy with carrots, celery and chips, if desired.

Recipe Tips

  • Use Hargis House Roast Beef & Gravy canned product as a substitute for Farmington. And place in the food processor along with the sour cream
  • A tsp of Worcestershire sauce would give another dimension of flavor to this dish.
