Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix together eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Add in any fillings or cheese.
- Add olive oil to pie tin and pour in egg mixture.
- Bake frittata for 30-40 minutes or until egg is done.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes, then cut and serve.
