Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Add in any fillings or cheese.
  3. Add olive oil to pie tin and pour in egg mixture.
  4. Bake frittata for 30-40 minutes or until egg is done.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes, then cut and serve.
