Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Peel carrots and cut them in half long ways.
  3. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper, and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Take all ingredients (except for carrots) and mix together in a bowl.
  5. Place carrots on sheet tray and top with 3/4 of the mixture.
  6. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, top with the remaining mixture, and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Recipe Tips

  • Add dill and fresh parsley as a garnish
  • Top with feta for an added depth of flavor

  • 1 lb of carrots
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of Kurtz Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp of Bramley's Honey
  • 2 Lemon, zested & juiced
  • 1 tsp of Marcum Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp of Marcum Thyme
  • 1 tsp of Marcum Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Marcum Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of Marcum Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of Marcum Salt
