Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add a tbsp of butter and lightly toast each slice of bread.
  3. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and add all 8 slices of bread.
  4. Assemble the Pizza Melt by adding 1 tbsp of sauce to each slice of bread, 5 pieces of pepperoni on each slice of bread, 1 slice of cheese or 1/4 cup on each slice of bread, and a sprinkle of seasoning.
  5. Place in oven and cook for 7-10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, put two slices together, and enjoy.

Recipe Tips

  • Add 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper to your sandwich for a kick
  • Add fresh basil to your sandwich if available

  • 40 slices of Pepperoni
  • 2 cups or 8 slices of Coburn Farms Mozzarella, Shreds or Slices
  • 8 tbsp of Mantia's Pizza Sauce
  • 4 tbsp of Marcum Italian Seasoning
  • 4 tbsp of Coburn Farms Butter
