Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add a tbsp of butter and lightly toast each slice of bread.
- Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and add all 8 slices of bread.
- Assemble the Pizza Melt by adding 1 tbsp of sauce to each slice of bread, 5 pieces of pepperoni on each slice of bread, 1 slice of cheese or 1/4 cup on each slice of bread, and a sprinkle of seasoning.
- Place in oven and cook for 7-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, put two slices together, and enjoy.
Recipe Tips
- Add 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper to your sandwich for a kick
- Add fresh basil to your sandwich if available

- 40 slices of Pepperoni
- 2 cups or 8 slices of Coburn Farms Mozzarella, Shreds or Slices
- 8 tbsp of Mantia's Pizza Sauce
- 4 tbsp of Marcum Italian Seasoning
- 4 tbsp of Coburn Farms Butter
