Directions

  1. In a medium skillet on medium-high heat, cook Italian Sausage and onion, until sausage is browned.
  2. Stir in pasta sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Lightly grease or spray your crockpot.
  4. Place 3 noodles on the bottom, breaking some to fit. Spread 1/3 of the sauce, and top with 1/3 of the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
  5. Repeat this two more times, layering the product.
  6. Cover lasagna and cook on low for 2.5 - 3.25 hours, until noodles are ready to eat.
  7. Turn the slow cooker off and allow to sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • 12 oz Farmington Italian Sausage
  • 9 sheets Mantia's Lasagna Pasta
  • 2 cups Coburn Farm's Mozzarella, shredded
  • 3/4 cup Coburn Farm's Parmesan, shredded
  • 2 + 1/2 cup Mantia's Pasta Sauce
  • 1 Onion, small dice
  • 1/4 tsp Marcum Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Marcum Salt
  • to taste Marcum Black Pepper
