Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook Italian sausage and diced onion until sausage is browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Create layers in the following order: 3 lasagna noodles, ⅓ of the meat sauce, ⅓ of the mozzarella cheese, sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat layers two more times, finishing with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly browned.
- Let stand for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.

- 1 Onion, small dice
- 1/4 tsp Marcum Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Marcum Salt
