Chipotle Chicken Burgers

Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together chicken and spices.
- Form chicken into four 4oz patties, and set aside.
- In a food processor, mix together mayonnaise and chipotles until completely smooth.
- Cook the patties for 4 minutes on each side in a pan on medium heat or on a grill until they reach 165°F.
- Right before the patties are finished, toast the buns and prepare your burger.
- Place a tbsp of sauce on each side of the bun, then place one patty followed by a slice of mozzarella cheese, and lettuce. Enjoy!
- Let rest for 5 minutes

- Ground Chicken 1 lb.
- Grissom's Hamburger Buns 4 buns
- Coburn Farms Mozzarella Slices 4 slices
- Lettuce as needed
- Chipotles, canned 3 chipotles
- Kurtz Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Marcum Paprika 1/2 tsp
- Marcum Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Marcum Onion Powder 1/2 tsp
- Marcum Salt & Pepper to taste
