Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Wrap each hot dog with a strip of bacon. Place hot dogs on an oil sprayed, aluminum foil lined baking tray. Roast for 30 minutes.
  3. While the hot dogs are cooking, mix together tomatoes, onion, jalapeno and cilantro.
  4. When the hot dogs are almost done, toast your buns, if desired.
  5. Place hot dogs in their buns and top with mayo, ketchup and mustard. Then, add your mixture of tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, cilantro
  6. Enjoy!

  • Squeeze a lime over your hotdog
  • Cover with avocado and red onion as well
