TAMPA, FL (MARCH 6, 2025)– With the help and generosity of its valued customers, the Save A Lot store in Tampa donated more than 4,200 bags of much-needed, high-quality food to Society of St. Vincent de Paul, St. Mark’s Church. In addition, Save A Lot donated $500 to the charity, gifting a grand total of $21,920 worth of food and financial contributions to Society of St. Vincent de Paul, St. Mark’s Church.
The Tampa Save A Lot store located at 2271 E. Bearss Ave saw among the highest number of donations across all stores nationwide for the fourth year in a row, with valued customers purchasing and donating 4,284 bags – more than $21,420 worth of food – to support families in need. Each bag was stocked with private label and brand name food items, including pasta, stuffing mix and other pantry staples from Save A Lot
