Save A Lot recognizes 11 Retail Partners at Annual Meeting

Save A Lot today announced the accomplishments of 11 of its Retail Partners, honored at the company’s annual Retail Partner Awards.

St. Louis, MO (April 8, 2025) – Save A Lot, one of the largest discount grocery chains in the U.S., today announced the accomplishments of 11 of its Retail Partners, sharing the names of the owners and operators honored at the company’s annual Retail Partner Awards.

The awards were presented during the Company’s annual meeting and food show for store owners and operators, held in St. Charles, Mo. Awards were given to recognize performance in calendar year 2024 across five categories: year-over-year customer and sales growth, store managers of the year, “Hometown Hero”, Retail Partner of the Year, Loyalty Champions and Customer Service Winner. Retail Partners were divided into groups based on the number of stores owned (1 to 4, 5-10 and 11+ locations).

Given to stores with the highest year-over-year customer count and sales growth for the full year of 2024.

The Hometown Hero award recognizes the Retail Partner who consistently demonstrates that a huge heart is a critical piece of the business.

The 2024 Hometown Hero award was given to the Boris Brothers because they exemplify the essence of community service. They show unwavering dedication to several local initiatives, including partnering with the local high school athletics department and supporting student athletes; sponsoring Hooked on Heroes, which supports terminally ill children; and they donate resources to the Lake City Battered Women’s Shelter, helping those affected by domestic violence. Brothers Mike and Mark Boris have consistently gone above and beyond to support those around them, demonstrating an extraordinary commitment to improving their community both inside and outside of their stores.
