FRANKLIN, PA (September 22, 2026) – Save A Lot, one of the largest discount grocery chains in the U.S., today announced it’s open again in the Franklin community. The store, located at 317 Grant St marked its grand opening on September 16 and 17, giving local residents the opportunity to experience Save A Lot’s outstanding quality and value.

To celebrate the grand opening, the morning kicked off with the first 100 customers receiving a pre-assembled bag of grocery staples. Then Franklin Mayor Doug Baker and other local elected officials joined the store team for a ribbon cutting followed by the store team making a $500 donation to Atlantic Avenue Church for their food pantry.
