(ST. LOUIS, MO) (APRIL 21, 2025) – Save A Lot, one of the largest discount grocery chains in the U.S., announced donations to two area charities. FISH of St. Charles Inc., a local food pantry and thrift store and Harvester Christan Church Food Pantry both received a variety of fresh produce, juice and other grocery essentials following the company’s annual Retail Partner meeting and food show for store owners and operators.

This is the third year in a row Save A Lot has donated unused samples to these organizations, working with its partners at the St. Charles Convention Center. “Giving back to the local communities where our stores operate is at the heart of Save A Lot,” said Mark Lacey, Chief Human Resources Officer. “Knowing that we’re able to make a sizable donation to both of these organizations allows our teams to help make a difference close to home.”
