LOUIS, MO (November 28, 2025)- Save A Lot, one of the largest grocery chains in the country, along with Leevers Supermarket, Inc., an employee-owned independent grocer who owns and operates 14 Save A Lot stores in the Greater St. Louis area partnered to donate 55 Thanksgiving dinners to families at the Bayer YMCA.
On November 20, Save A Lot team members alongside Leevers Supermarket, Inc. packed a bag full of Thanksgiving favorites including a turkey, bag of potatoes and pumpkin pie. The team then delivered them to the Bayer YMCA located at 5555 Page Blvd. This is the third year Save A Lot and Leevers Supermarket, Inc have teamed up to donate Thanksgiving meals to those in the St. Louis area.
