For Colorado Save A Lot Store Manager Adan Olivas, every detail of his store comes down to putting the customer and his team first. With a background in produce, this 12-year veteran of the grocery business says keeping people at the center of all he does has been the key to his success. “My team here in this store means the world to me,” he says. “I love working side by side with them to continually improve what we’re offering to our customers. Whether it’s an amazing Christmas tamale display or impressing them with our fresh produce offerings, we all work together to ensure our customers have a great experience.” It’s that commitment to his team, customers and community that earned Olivas the distinction of being named a Save A Lot Manager of the Year in 2024.
