GRILL MASTER TIPS

We’ve got a few things to keep in mind as you fire up your grill! These tips will help you on your way to becoming a grill master!

Don't have your food stick to the grill. Rub a sliced onion on the grate to prevent sticking and add a little flavor.

Tip #1: Keep it non-stick! Rub the hot grates of your grill with an onion to make it non-stick.

Don't cut your meat too quickly after grilling. Let it sit or it gets dry.

Tip #2: Let meat rest for 5-10 minutes after cooking or juices will escape leaving your meat dry.

Get a better burger by making an indent in the patty.

Tip #3: Make a small indent in your burger patties before grilling. The dent will disappear as it cooks and keeps the burgers nice and juicy!

Give your grill time to heat to the right temperature before grilling to make sure your food cooks evenly.

Tip #4: Give your grill time to heat to the right temperature before grilling to make sure your food cooks evenly.

Once you close your grill keep it closed so it doesn't lose the heat!

Tip #5: Once you close your grill keep it closed so it doesn't lose the heat! This will maintain a consistent cooking temperature and even cooking time.

Avoid moving the meat around or flipping it too often. The meat will stick to the grill if moved too soon and it won't develop grill marks.
